ESTIEM as an organisation can be broken down in three distinct areas.
Local Groups
ESTIEM operates through its local associations, each affiliated with a European IEM university, called Local Group (LG).
Central ESTIEM
It is the management of our student-run organisation, that consists of various entities with different scopes and tasks.
IEM Community
Our goal is to connect our students with the broader Industrial Engineering and Management network, like companies and academia.
CENTRAL
The ESTIEM Board
At the highest level, the international Board of ESTIEM serves as the organization's executive body, responsible for coordinating and supporting its activities. It includes six active students, elected by the network during every spring Council Meeting, each one responsible for different areas of the organisation. The Board's mandate lasts a year, from August 1st.
There have been in total 37 generations of ESTIEM Boards since the founding of the organization.
